Roman Meal Bread I have eaten Roman Meal Bread since 1976 when my mother-in-law offered me a grill cheese sandwich. Her introducing me to Roman Meal have made me a life long friend of the bread. I have no cholesterol, or other clogged artery problems. I am arthritis free. I am hooked on Roman Meal. I do not eat any other kind of bread. I am in excellent health otherwise.
